Perfect to watch the world go by, as you relax over breakfast. The table extends, should you want more space. Heat-proof table/place mats & coasters are provided, stored on the shelf under the table.
CHAPEL COTTAGE – First Floor
The stairs lead you to the upper floor of Chapel Cottage, where there is the bedroom and the bathroom. The landing has a small window which overlooks the rooftops and the street below.
Chapel Cottage comfortably sleeps up to 2 adults in its 4ft double bed. The bedroom is deceptively spacious with its high vaulted ceiling, and the gun-metal grey chandelier with glass lanterns is a real feature. All bedlinen and towels are provided. The bed is made up for your arrival, with a duvet, 4 pillows, and crisp-cotton bedlinen. Freshly-laundered towels are laid out ready for use. There is some hanging space and plenty of drawer space, plus useful items such as lamps, and a hairdryer.
The bathroom is half-tiled, and has a seaside theme – with starfish tile-borders and beach-pebble design flooring. It has a 5ft bath with a shower over, a modern (low-flush) toilet. You’ll also have a hand-basin with shaver-light above the mirror, and plenty of space for your toiletries. Large, fluffy, home-laundered white towels are provided for you.
There is a covered area outside the front door to Chapel Cottage, with coat-hooks where walkers’ sticks and outdoor coats can be hung. This area is for the use of guests at Chapel Cottage only. At the end of the alleyway is a small Courtyard area with patio table and chairs, where guests can sit in warm weather. This facility is shared with guests staying in the adjoining Holiday Cottage.
